Tasting notes
This wine is inspired by the night, its seduction and its secrets. It has a bright straw yellow color, on the nose it expresses a great intensity, with fruity notes of apple, peach, citrus and tropical fruits. On the mouth it is round, elegant, balanced, harmonious and persistent.
Food pairings
This wine is perfect on its own, or paired with fish-based dishes: raw fish appetizers, risotto or pasta with seafood, grilled fish. Serve at 8-10°C.
